Two days ago I was taking my 2nd run at Timberline Lodge when a friend I hadn't seen in a while yelled down at me from her chair. I lost it and face planted. Bloody nose and bruised lips. After the crash I was thankful that a) the shield didn't shatter, b) it didn't break and c) my skull was just fine. Only a slight scratch on the flip-down shield. Also, just the right amount of air gets under the foam of the shield. Even at the top of the gusty Magic Mile lift (7,000 ft). This helmet was money well spent!
I'm a ski patroller. I have worn this helmet for two seasons now. The integrated interchangeable visor that fits well over glasses is great!. I purchased two visors - the one that comes with the helmet that I use in the daytime and a clear lens for night skiing. Changing out the lenses is easy. The seal at the bottom of a the visor works great and keeps out the wind but is not so tight as to have it fog up. I have worn this in weather as low as 20F and with winds up to 30mph while snowing.

I'll revisit the review process once I actually get to use it on the mountain. At this point in the pre-season, it appears to be well-made and light-weight. The goggles, though not air-tight, look like they will fit over a face mask or balaclava to keep my face out of the weather.
